8171 SMS Registration: The 8171 SMS Registration service has been restored by the Benazir Income Support Program. Earlier, this service was closed by the government of Pakistan after the registration in the Benazir Income Support Program was complete. Therefore, the 8171 SMS service has restored again to include new women in the Benazir program.
Those women who have not yet registered under Benazir Kafalat Program, take advantage of the 8171 SMS registration at home as soon as possible and become a part of Benazir Income Support Program. The government of Pakistan has started this SMS service for women living in remote areas.

Those women who have not yet registered under the Benazir Income Support Program can now benefit from the 8171 SMS registration service at home. - First, open the SMS Tax box on your mobile.
- Enter your NADRA-verified 13-digit National Election Card number in it.
- Then send this SMS to 8171 from your registered mobile SIM.
- As soon as you send SMS to 8171, your verification process starts. If you qualify for the BISP program, you will informed again by SMS. That you have admitted to the BISP program and that you will provided with assistance
